Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia
Board Member
Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia is the Founder and Chairman of Datamatics Group of Companies and one of the pioneers in the Indian software and offshore services industry. He founded Datamatics in 1975, prior to which he was Founder and CEO of Tata Consultancy Services.
As Chairman at Datamatics, Dr Kanodia drives all strategic initiatives. His inspirational leadership has led Datamatics to be conferred with various awards over the years, including the Most Innovative Software Product Award at the hands of the Prime Minister, the Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award for Services, the International Asia Pacific Quality Award, and ranking among the top 50 best-managed outsourcing vendors by 'The Black Book of Outsourcing'.
Dr. Kanodia was an Executive Member of NASSCOM, the apex body of the IT-BPO industry in India. He has also been designated as the Honorary Consul General of Chile in India by the Government of Chile. In the past, he has held several eminent positions with various industry associations, which include President of the Management Consultant's Association of India, Chairman (Western Region) of the Electronics & Computer Software, President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (WIC). Dr. Kanodia has also been on the Board of Directors of several large companies. He is a member of the Executive Board of MIT (USA).
After obtaining degree in engineering from India’s premier technology institute, IIT, Bombay, Dr. Kanodia completed his MBA and Doctorate in Management. He is a Ford Foundation Fellow.
Rahul L. Kanodia

Mr. Rahul L. Kanodia is a Vice Chairman and CEO of Datamatics Group of Companies. Rahul leads all strategic and corporate initiatives globally, leading to the long-term growth, profitability and industry leadership of the organization. He has over 20 years of professional experience and has held progressively senior and leadership positions.
He has been the Chief Architect for re-positioning and transforming Datamatics from a service led organization to a solutions and product led organization focused on delivering next-generation business solutions to address customers’ strategic and operational challenges.
Rahul is responsible for driving the company's strategic process to identify, evaluate, and integrate organic and inorganic business growth options, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. He has also been driving the company’s foray into new geographies.
Rahul holds an MBA degree from Columbia University (USA), with a major in Business Strategy & Marketing. He has two Bachelor’s degrees, from H. R. College (India) with specialization in Finance & Accounting, and Babson College (USA) with specialization in Management Information Systems.
Rajeev Srivastava

Rajeev is the Managing Partner of Basil Capital Partners. Rajeev has twenty years of global operating and investing experience in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He has a track record of incubating, building and managing global enterprises. He has been a venture capitalist and private equity investor from 2006. He founded Apar Holding Corp. in 1996 in Singapore and turned the company into a global IT business. The investments made by Insight Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus in Apar have given them high return. Prior to Apar Holding Corp. he has worked with iGATE and TCS. He has been an investor and active board member in companies like Encora Group BVI, Apar Holding Corp and Servion. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a MBA from Mumbai University.
Paul Anthony
Chief Executive Officer & Board Member
With over 24 years of experience in the IT Industry focusing on general management, marketing and sales, he has led the team at CIGNEX Datamatics over the last four years driving exponential growth and through a successful sale of the company to the Datamatics group in 2011.
Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, Paul was General Manager at Hewlett-Packard overseeing the imaging & printing business in Singapore and the Asian emerging markets. He spent the last 16 years with HP in various world-wide, regional, and country management roles. He was instrumental in driving the growth of the imaging consumables business in the Asia-Pacific.
He was part of the strategy team at Tata-Elxsi Singapore that listed Tata-Elxsi India on the Mumbai stock exchange. He was a member of the Tata Administrative Service, the elite management cadre of the Tata Group in India. Paul holds a Master's degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Vidur V. Bhogilal

As Chief Financial Officer of Datamatics Group of Companies, Vidur leads the finance, legal and secretarial, administration and taxation teams at Datamatics Global Services. He plays a critical role in creating sustainable value for the organization through successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture partnerships. He has been focusing on growth and profitability initiatives through planning, monitoring, and course-correcting.
Vidur played a pivotal role in the amalgamation of the IT services and BPO divisions of the Datamatics Group.
Before joining Datamatics, Vidur worked for international organizations such as JP Morgan Stanley and Arthur Anderson, amongst others. Vidur received his B.Com. from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and an LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (AICWA). He also holds a degree of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware.
Raja Nagarajan

Raja served as Senior VP, Global Operations of Ness Software Product LabsSM, a USD 100 Million+ Business Division of Ness Technologies, Inc. since 2008. Raja held positions including SVP & GM and SVP - Strategic Accounts prior to taking over as the Senior VP, Global Operations. Prior to the executive roles with Ness, Raja co-founded the Managed Labs division of Apar Infotech and held roles including VP, Senior Director, and Director.
He was instrumental in growing the business from inception through Apar’s acquisition by Ness Technologies. Beginning his career with SPA Computers and Ramco Systems in India, Raja took charge as the Center Manager - Professional Services for Hewlett Packard India before joining Apar. Raja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gulbarga University.
Munwar Shariff

As a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Munwar brings over 20 years of industry experience and proven technical leadership. He oversees the enterprise architecture solution team and provides strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing technology based services & solutions. Defining initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of pioneering technologies are his area of expertise.
Munwar is an entrepreneur, Open Source technologist and author of four technical books – Plone Live, Implementing Alfresco, Alfresco3 WCM and Alfresco3 ECM. He contributes to the Open Source community by journaling submissions on Open Source CMS and has been a featured speaker at AIIM USA, JBoss World, DAM Conference, Plone Conference, Linux World, Gilbane, CTC, Yahoo OSCMS, Saudi Government and CA World.
Munwar has served on board at the Plone Foundation and is currently a board member at CIGNEX Datamatics.
Divya Kumat
Board Member
Divya heads the Legal and Secretarial functions at Datamatics Global Services. She has the overall responsibility for legal and secretarial affairs across all geographies, and for all its affiliates. She also heads the Corporate Governance Compliance Cell, IPR and Contract Management within Datamatics Group.
Winner of the prestigious ‘Leading Woman Company Secretary of India Award’ for the year 2011, Divya has over two decades of professional experience in the field of corporate compliances, legal and contract management.
Academically, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Hons.), Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and is a Gold Medalist in LLM, with thesis in International Arbitration. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and Merit holder associate member of ICSA, London.
