Paul Anthony, Chief Executive Officer
Paul Anthony has 20 years of experience in the IT Industry with a focus on General Management, Marketing and Sales. Prior to CIGNEX Datamatics, Paul was General Manager at Hewlett-Packard overseeing the Imaging & Printing business in Singapore and the Asia Emerging Markets. He has spent the last 16 years with Hewlett-Packard in various world-wide, regional and country roles. He was instrumental in driving the growth of the imaging consumables business in the Asia-Pacific. He was part of the team that worked in Tata-Elxsi Singapore on strategy and eventually listed Tata-Elxsi India on the Mumbai Stock exchange. He was a member of the Tata Administrative service, the elite management cadre of the Tata Group in India. Paul holds a Master's degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Rajesh Devidasani, Chief Financial Officer & VP - Operations
Rajesh Devidasani has worked in the capacity of Corporate Finance Executive with a proven track record of more than 15 years, as Business & Financial Controller for publicly traded multinationals. An excellent leader with a record of contribution to improving financial performance, increased productivity and enhanced internal controls. Rajesh was retained as Business Controller for Ness Global Services, Inc. since Ness acquired Apar Infotech in 2003 and headed the finance operations for North America. Prior to acquisition Rajesh joined Apar in the year 2000 as Business Controller and headed the financial operations for North America and worldwide consolidation. He was instrumental in the due diligence and transitioning of Apar into Ness and consolidation of financial operations of Apar into Ness. Rajesh was also a part of the Core Team involved in the IPO process for Ness in 2004. In the year 2005 Rajesh assumed the position of Controller for the entire North America operations and headed the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for Ness USA, Inc.
Prior to Apar, Rajesh served as Manager Commercial and Finance and then as a Business Controller with Siemens Ltd. in India (a total of 9 yrs with Siemens). He has extensive experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) and ERP implementations and has led teams for BPR exercises in various divisions of Siemens Ltd., India. Rajesh holds a bachelors degree in Commerce (Major in Accounting and Economics) and an MBA in Finance.
Amit Babaria, President - Americas
Amit Babaria heads the US Business Unit of CIGNEX Datamatics. He has done a great job in bringing in sales revenue consistently YoY since the company's inception for the past 10 years. Before co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics, he worked in the Sales organization of a Professional Services firm in the Silicon Valley - where he excelled with over 300% sales growth during each of the years he worked there. He was awarded the first 'Star of the Year' award in the history of the company for his accomplishments. He started his career in India as one of the youngest minds to manage a largest ever National Readership Survey in the world. Amit has 14 years of total Sales / Business Development / Market Research experience. Amit has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and an MBA in Marketing from JBIMS, Mumbai.
Munwar Shariff, Chief Technology Officer
Munwar Shariff has served as the Chief Architect and manager of engineering teams for 19 years in the areas of business application software, Internet applications, and mobile commerce applications for customers in the United States, Japan, Germany, UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia and India. He is an expert in Content Management Systems (CMS). Since co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics in late 2000, he has successfully delivered more than 200 enterprise applications using various Open Source technologies. He has written a number of articles on Open Source CMS, is an experienced trainer and a frequent speaker at conferences related to this topic. Munwar earned his MS in Digital Electronics and Advanced Communications from REC Surathkal, India. He has authored four technical books on Open Source CMS, Alfresco3 WCM, Alfresco3 ECM, Implementing Alfresco and Plonelive.
Manish Sheladia, Chief Delivery Officer
As a co-founder of CIGNEX Datamatics, Manish has been providing both vision and hands-on leadership since the company's inception, including building the CIGNEX Datamatics professional services organization from the ground up. He has over 15 years of software industry experience, eight of which were spent in delivering process improvement and technology-enabled business solutions to clients in diverse industries. Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics, Manish worked with cross-functional, cross-organizational, and globally distributed R&D teams at Hewlett-Packard to develop network management solutions. Prior to HP, he gained industry experience by providing consulting services in CRM, eCommerce, and system integration. Manish is also known as an expert in hiring top talent and growing teams to accomplish strategic initiatives for organizations. He has a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University, India.
Harish Ramachandran, VP - Pre-sales
Harish Ramachandran has been a key contributor in the CIGNEX Datamatics sales team since taking on a lead role in Pre-sales. At CIGNEX Datamatics, since inception, he has played several roles - starting with delivering successful solutions, practice management and now as the head of Pre-sales. He was instrumental in CIGNEX Datamatics raising expansion capital in 2006 playing a key role throughout the process of financial and business diligence. His passion for Enterprise Content Management drives him to seek opportunities to be an active practitioner - especially in ECM strategy, planning and scoping phases. Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics, Harish served as technical lead and program manager at Cisco systems and Click Commerce. Harish has over 15 years of experience spanning areas such as solutions consulting, project delivery and product development largely in the Financial Services industry. He has a Bachelors degree in Electronics engineering from Bangalore University, India.
Dave Malhotra, EVP - ERP
Dave has over 19 Years of full-spectrum professional IT Services experience with focus on operations, Delivery, Sales and general management. Prior to the merger with CIGNEX Datamatics, Dave founded AGS Technology Group, a specialist SAP consulting firm. Prior to AGS, Dave was a Partner at Rapidigm for 12 years (Sold to Fujitsu Consulting) and one of founders of Rapidigm’s second largest profit centre (Denver, CO) with Sales exceeding $22 M consistently five years in a row from 1999 to 2004.
He was instrumental in establishing leadership in Operations, delivery and building human capital through quality processes, leading to “most favoured employee” status for the company. Spiralled business, revenues and margins for Regions / Geography consistently over the last twelve years. Member of Rapidigm executive team responsible of offshore delivery team from 0 to 500 consultants. Dave possesses a Post Graduate Degree in Systems Management and a Bachelor’s in Science and Technology.
