Charlie brings over 25 years of hands-on professional IT experience. Starting with SAP 3.0F and developing financial, risk management, and HCM applications, Charlie brings a vast amount of knowledge in multiple areas of SAP and the business world. As VP of SAP Services at Rapidigm (post-merger Fujitsu) and then VIP (formerly myITgroup) for the last 12 years, Charlie has developed a "risk free" roadmap to walk clients through their SAP Upgrade cycle. Working with over 120 SAP Upgrade clients as well as installing HCM in verticals covering FDA regulations with Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, High-tech, and Financials, Charlie brings a unique approach to clients. Often speaking at ASUG, Sapphire and Professional Seminars, Charlie has educated thousands of SAP users on what to avoid when upgrading their SAP Landscape.
 

Laxmichand Fatnani, VP – SAP Practice

Laxmichand serves as Vice President of Global SAP Practice at CIGNEX. The practice consists of Global SAP Teams and Competency Centers. Laxmichand has responsibility to manage practice activities including presales, solutions development, Competency Centers and oversight on delivery.

Prior to merging with CIGNEX, he worked as a Technical Director of SAP Practice in AGS Technology Group. He has over 12 years of Global SAP Consulting Experience across US, UK, Middle-East and India. As part of his consulting experience he has served SAP AG, Air Products and Chemicals, British Petroleum, BBraun Medical, New York Times, Foundation Coal, T-Mobile, etc.
 
Laxmichand is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University and also a GNIIT professional.
