Vidur V. Bhogilal
Vidur Bhogilal is a chairman of CIGNEX Datamatics and Chief Financial Officer of Datamatics Group of Companies. Vidur leads the finance, legal and secretarial, administration and taxation teams at Datamatics Global Services. He plays a critical role in creating sustainable value for the organization through successful mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture partnerships. He has been focusing on growth and profitability initiatives through planning, monitoring, and course-correcting.
Vidur played a pivotal role in the amalgamation of the IT services and BPO divisions of the Datamatics Group.
Before joining Datamatics, Vidur worked for international organizations such as JP Morgan Stanley and Arthur Anderson, amongst others. Vidur received his B.Com. from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and an LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (AICWA). He also holds a degree of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware.

As a CEO, Vijay brings over 24 years of proven leadership and global industry experience in creating, growing & stabilizing new lines of business in industry verticals as well as in enterprise applications & transformation services. His areas of specialization include sales, marketing, business process outsourcing, IT transformation, change management, IT strategy formulation, and enterprise applications implementations.
His achievements as a business leader include transformation of business units to revenue centers worth hundreds of millions of dollars, large contract negotiations, advancing ideas from thought to execution stage leading to greater business success, identifying new areas & processes, taking them to market on a large scale, and creation of global positioning strategies for IT service offerings.
Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, Vijay has served as SVP & Global Head at HCL America Inc, USA where he headed consumer goods, distribution, QSR/FSR, retail & e-Commerce verticals, in addition to managing the marketing of Global Applications Outsourcing. Prior to 2000, Vijay was the Head of Information Systems at SRF Limited where he managed the entire IT landscape of the company which included a large multi-geography ERP implementation.
Vijay holds a Master’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani, completed Executive Education on Delivering Information Systems from Harvard Business School & School Certificate from University of Cambridge, UK.
Chief Strategy Officer
Raja brings over 25 years of industry experience and proven strategic leadership to define and oversee the business strategy for the company. Prior to CIGNEX Datamatics, Raja served as Senior VP, Global Operations of Ness Software Product LabsSM, a USD 100 Million+ Business Division of Ness Technologies, Inc. since 2008. Raja held positions including SVP & GM and SVP - Strategic Accounts prior to taking over as the Senior VP, Global Operations role.
Prior to senior executive roles with Ness, Raja co-founded the Managed Labs division of Apar Infotech and held roles including VP, Senior Director, and Director. He was instrumental in growing the business from inception through Apar’s acquisition by Ness Technologies. Beginning his career with SPA Computers and Ramco Systems in India, Raja took charge as the Center Manager - Professional Services for Hewlett Packard India before joining Apar. Raja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gulbarga University.

Olaf has more than 16 plus years of experience in the IT sector and has gained extensive experiences and expertise from the bottom-up in the fields of sales, team management, project management, account management, marketing, PR, the generation of new customer business and the development and maintenance of close relationships to new and existing customers.
His former employers are, amongst others, Cisco, Quest, CA and Mercury for whom he has sold highly complex development software and service management systems, cloud service brokerage, vendor management software and service, SAP enterprise content management systems, etc.
He holds a degree in mechanical engineer at the German university of applied science in Gießen-Friedberg. Olaf’s personal strengths are that he is extrovert, flexible, target- and customer-orientated. He strives for excellence by thinking big.

Sastry’s achievements as a business leader include transformation of business units to revenue centers worth hundreds of millions of dollars, large contract negotiations, innovation labs, products & solutions units, taking them to customers on a larger scale, customer relationship management, establishing high-performance business units, delivery and operations excellence.
Sastry has served as BU Head – Travel & Hospitality and Head of Digital Enterprise for Growth Markets, India at TCS. Prior to 2008, Sastry was the Head of Oracle Universe / Enterprise Applications at HCL Technologies. Prior to 2003, Sastry was CTO & IT Head at Murugappa group companies where he managed the entire IT landscape of several group companies which included large multi-companies, multi-geography ERP implementations.

Amit Babaria is a Co-Founder and heads CIGNEX Datamatics for the Americas region. While providing direction to the company, he is also responsible for overall sales and partner relationships. With over 17 years of total sales experience, Amit has done an outstanding job in growing sales revenue consistently year over year since the company's inception. Amit received the ‘Most Outstanding Achievement’ award by the parent company Datamatics for the year 2011-2012.
Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics Amit worked in the sales organization of a professional services firm in the Silicon Valley - where he excelled with over 300% sales growth during each of the years he worked there. Amit was awarded the first 'Star of the Year' award in the history of the company for his accomplishments. Amit started his career in India as one of the youngest minds to manage a largest ever National Readership Survey in the world.
Amit holds a master's degree in marketing management from JBIMS, Mumbai and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, Mumbai.
Ali is a seasoned hands on architect, fearless hacker, and an effective leader with entrepreneurial track record with over 12 years of experience. He has strong business acumen and is a great strategic thinker with exceptional stamina and dedication towards group team goals. Ali has proven track record in team leadership. He is a technology enthusiast versed with bleeding edge technologies and frameworks. Ali is currently working with Machine Learning, NLP, Search, NoSQL and Map/Reduce technologies. Prior to that, Ali led technical teams to successfully deliver products and projects in ERP, MRP II, Insurance, CMS and Portal domains. After her career with AT&T she held a variety of senior level HR roles, all within IT, ranging from start-up, mid-size and large global enterprises; all requiring the ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management. Dawn is an accomplished Human Resources professional recognized for excellent strategic, tactical and consultative business skills, and the ability to successfully impact business development, corporate transformation and positive change within different work environments. Dawn’s background and expertise is; Talent Acquisition, M&A, Outsourcing, Global experience, HR program implementation, organizational redesign and managing HR teams.
Chief Financial Officer & EVP - Operations
Rajesh is a Corporate Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record as a business and financial controller for private, funded, and publicly traded multinationals. He is an excellent leader with a record of improving financial performance, increasing productivity, and enhancing internal controls.
He was a Business Controller for Ness Global Services, Inc. and headed its finance operations for North America. Prior to being involved in the acquisition of Apar by Ness Global Services, Inc. he was the Business Controller and headed the financial operations for North America and worldwide consolidation. During this time he was instrumental in the acquisition and consolidation of financial operations of Apar into Ness, was part of the Core Team involved in the IPO process, assumed the position of Controller for North America operations, and headed the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for Ness USA, Inc.
He also served as Manager of Commercial and Finance and then as a Business Controller with Siemens Ltd. in India. He has extensive experience in international accounting, foreign trade and export regulations, GAAP accounting, business process re-engineering (BPR), and ERP implementations. He has led teams for BPR exercises in various divisions of Siemens Ltd., India.

Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, Vikram held key positions at HCL, IBM and NTT Data, the most recent of which was VP Application Outsourcing at HCL.
Vikram’s accomplishments include defining & leading HCL’s radical approach for applications management services across technologies and verticals, earning membership to IBM’s Global 100% Club, leading sales & delivery for NTT Data’s (Intelligroup) strategic accounts, growing revenue and margins by several multiples and building cross-border partnerships.
Vikram started his career with Thermax Babcock & Wilcox where he held leadership positions in manufacturing, process re-engineering and field services. Harish Ramachandran is a Co-Founder and the Head of Strategic Business. Harish identifies solutions & services which are aligned with business strategy of customers. Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics Harish served as technical lead and program manager at Cisco systems and Click Commerce. Harish has over 18 years of experience in solutions consulting, project delivery, and product development largely in the Financial Services industry.

As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Munwar brings over 20 years of industry experience and proven technical leadership. He oversees the enterprise architecture solution team and provides strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing technology based services and solutions.
Munwar is an entrepreneur and author of five technical books – Implementing Alfresco, Alfresco 3 WCM, Alfresco 3 ECM and Alfresco 4 ECM Implementation, Plone Live. Aiqing is an experienced JAVE/J2EE and Liferay developer. She has over 9 years of development experience in hospitality, travel, retail and financial industry and worked for IHG, Orbitz, Allston Trading and UBS Investment Bank. With solid and systematic training in computer science and Can Do attitude, she always learns new things quickly and delivers projects on time with great quality. Hari is involved in IT strategy formulation / blueprinting, business process optimization, design and roll-out of IT governance and delivery processes to key client accounts and managing / growing consulting service lines.
Hari has 18 years of total experience that includes 13 years in IT spanning both product and services business. He comes with extensive experience in setting up Centers of Excellence (CoE) and leading / mentoring geographically distributed teams to deliver peak performance.
Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, he was the Practice Head for Consulting Services group at HCL Technologies where he played a key role in building a successful IT strategy and business consulting engagements by contributing to and leading teams in developing consulting methodologies, frameworks and tools that led to subsequent large multi-year, multi-services engagements. Hari’s stint prior to HCL was at Mphasis and Ramco Systems where he played leadership role in development and management of enterprise class process management platform and supply chain management product respectively.

Anurag's systems design experience with his flair and passion for data analytics helps CIGNEX Datamatics to create and nurture competency and creating strategic assets in IOT/Big-Data & Mobility space.
Prior to CIGNEX Datamatics, Anurag initiated a start-up focussed on health data analytics with special focus on chronic disease care. Anurag has around 24 years of deep technology background building and managing large engineering teams for various multinationals in semiconductor/EDA industry like Motorola/ Freescale Semiconductors, Cadence Design Systems & Kawasaki Microelectronics. As a CTO to an eLearning company, Anurag conceived, architected and delivered a novel solution and platform to create and deliver eLearning content on mobile - across Android and iOS backed with powerful learning analytics.
Anurag also has a great connectivity & recognition within industry and academia. He served on the board of the VLSI Lab at IIT Kharagpur in the early 2000, was the general chair of the international conference on VLSI Design & Embedded Systems held in New Delhi in 2009 and still continues to serve on the steering committee of the conference. Anand brings with him a global industry experience & has played leadership roles spanning Sales, Presales, Solutions, Consulting, & Delivery. He has managed large global P&Ls in the past and positively impacted both top & bottom line through his entrepreneurial spirit.
Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, Anand was the regional sales head for one of the growing verticals at HCL, managing revenues of $100+ million that he grew from $15 M in 2009. As part of his stint at HCL, he also played the role of Vertical Head for HCL’s Medical Devices practice. Anand has been consistently successful in identifying long-term strategic partnerships to accelerate growth of the verticals & regions he has managed.
Before HCL, Anand was with Cognizant (CTS) for more than 8 years in which he was one of their early employees, giving him the experience of being part of a start-up so to say. At Cognizant, he played multiple roles from being a functional consultant to managing global programs & finally in Sales where he helped grow their US Mid-west region significantly. He also managed to lead & grew global strategic accounts in new geographies such as Europe, China & Japan.
Anand has a MBA degree from ICFAI (specializing in Marketing & Finance) and has also completed an Executive program from Harvard Business School.

Arun is responsible for company’s revenue growth by driving and managing the short and long term sales strategy and new business development through managing key relationships with decision makers at current and potential clients. Arun brings over 15 years of Business and Technology experience in sales, consulting and delivery.
Arun has been instrumental in growing revenue over the years and was awarded the “Leadership in Business Excellence” award by the parent company Datamatics for the year 2013-2014.
Prior to managing the west coast sales region for CIGNEX Datamatics, Arun managed several large accounts for CIGNEX Datamatics and provided continued growth and excellence year over year. Arun is also an subject matter expert on Contract Lifecycle Management, and provided Product Management expertise in building enterprise-grade Contract Lifecycle Management (CLMS) products for clients.
