US Delivery Head to manage, coordinate, track program & project delivery activities for Open Source products including Liferay, Alfresco, Pentaho, Intalio, Compiere, & non-Open Source practices including SAP. US Delivery Head will own accountability for P&L for programs, improve the delivery efficiency by adapting Agile & Scrum with timely risk management, train project & program team on Agile-Scrum-Sprint approach.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Open Source technologies & tools
• Portal & content management project experience using Java, J2EE, SOA, & middleware;
• Working knowledge of tools such as Digite, ILOG, & Lombardi
• Experience of managing multi-million Open Source programs and working with cross-functional teams
• Permission to work in the U.S.
