Requirements:

Supervise, manage & lead 2-6 software engineers who design & develop ECM (enterprise content management) solutions throughout SDLC (software development life cycle), using UML (unified modeling language); translate business requirements into software specifications; architect, design, & develop enterprise content management & portal solutions, following design patterns & SOA (service oriented architecture) and using J2EE & Open Source technologies (incl.
