The ISO 20000:2011 certification represents that CIGNEX has strongly aligned with the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) methodology which enables us to bid and manage large maintenance and support projects. It also acknowledges the fact that CIGNEX is operating according to industry recognized best practices for Quality & Services.
