that Srini Sridhar has joined the company as Chief Solutions Officer and Senior
VP of Global Consulting. In his role at CIGNEX, Sridhar will be responsible for
developing overall strategy and direction for the company's services
organization around the world. Sridhar will also be responsible for growing and
optimizing the company's offshore presence, and assisting with business
development.

Sridhar brings to CIGNEX over 20 years of product & application
development and consulting experience. Prior to joining CIGNEX, Sridhar served
as VP of Delivery responsible for global IT product/services at Patni Computer
Systems, with specific focus on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Prior to
Patni, Sridhar served as Senior Program Director at Ness Technologies Ltd.,
where he helped the company setup and manage large offshore delivery centers for
European and US product companies. Sridhar has also worked with IBM and MCI
Communications in various consulting, development and management roles.
