Building a solution correctly the first time requires a thorough understanding of dependencies, expectations, and potential roadblocks. Completely defining and documenting the solution is the key to staying on schedule and on budget.

The goal for this phase is to accurately understand and document project requirements. We use robust techniques, combined with deep process and technology knowledge, to identify and describe all project, functional, and non-functional requirements. Once we are confident that all customer business/technology processes have been adequately addressed, we ensure that there is a good understanding and approval of these requirements within the customer's organization.
