We've developed a straightforward 3-step initial engagement model to assess needs, estimate project scope, and identify dependencies and resource requirements. This phase, which lasts from 2 to 4 weeks, ensures that all requirements, dependencies, and expectations are uncovered in advance - mitigating risks and maximizing project ROI.
