Paul Anthony

Chief Executive Officer

With over 24 years of experience in the IT Industry focusing on general management, marketing, and sales, Paul has led the team at CIGNEX Datamatics over the last four years driving exponential growth and through a successful sale of the company to the Datamatics group in 2011.

Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics Paul was General Manager at Hewlett-Packard overseeing the imaging & printing business in Singapore and the Asian emerging markets. He spent 16 years with HP in various worldwide, regional, and country management roles. He was instrumental in driving the growth of the imaging consumables business in the Asia-Pacific.

Prior to HP Paul was part of the strategy team at Tata-Elxsi Singapore that listed Tata-Elxsi India on the Mumbai stock exchange. He was a member of the Tata Administrative Service, the elite management cadre of the Tata Group in India.

Paul holds a master's degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Munwar Shariff

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Munwar brings over 20 years of industry experience and proven technical leadership. He oversees the enterprise architecture solution team and provides strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing technology based services and solutions. Defining initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of pioneering technologies are his areas of expertise.

Munwar is an entrepreneur, Open Source technologist, and author of four technical books – Plone Live, Implementing Alfresco, Alfresco 3 WCM, and Alfresco3 ECM. He contributes to the Open Source community by journaling submissions on Open Source CMS and has been a featured speaker at AIIM USA, JBoss World, DAM Conference, Plone Conference, Linux World, Gilbane, CTC, Yahoo OSCMS, Saudi Government, and CA World.

Munwar has served on board at the Plone Foundation and is currently a board member at CIGNEX Datamatics.

Amit Babaria

Co-Founder & President - Americas

Amit Babaria is a Co-Founder and heads CIGNEX Datamatics for the Americas region. While providing direction to the company, he is also responsible for overall sales and partner relationships. With over 17 years of total sales experience, Amit has done an outstanding job in growing sales revenue consistently year over year since the company's inception. Amit received the ‘Most Outstanding Achievement’ award by the parent company Datamatics for the year 2011-2012.

Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics Amit worked in the sales organization of a professional services firm in the Silicon Valley - where he excelled with over 300% sales growth during each of the years he worked there. Amit was awarded the first 'Star of the Year' award in the history of the company for his accomplishments. Amit started his career in India as one of the youngest minds to manage a largest ever National Readership Survey in the world.

Amit holds a master's degree in marketing management from JBIMS, Mumbai and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, Mumbai.

Manish Sheladia

Co-Founder & Global Head of Strategic Accounts

As the Global Head of Strategic Accounts, Manish provides strategic leadership and vision to a portfolio of accounts that drive significant growth for CIGNEX Datamatics. As a Co-Founder of CIGNEX Datamatics, Manish has been providing vision and hands-on leadership since the company’s inception. With over 19 years in IT industry, globally between US and India, he brings international perspective and experience to the team.

Manish established and nurtured the India Development Center that served global clients from its inception to over a 400 person team in five years. His entrepreneurial skills and ability to achieve business goals by building a world class team in a culturally and geographically diverse environment created an award-winning ‘Great Place to Work’ culture for CIGNEX Datamatics.

Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics Manish worked with R&D teams at Hewlett Packard to develop products managing HP servers in remote environments.

Manish holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Gujarat University, India.

Harish Ramachandran

Co-Founder & Global Head of Pre-sales

Harish Ramachandran is a Co-Founder and the Global Head of Pre-sales. He manages and guides the worldwide pre-sales team to produce high quality solution-focused proposals that meet customer requirements and drive new opportunities. Pre-sales is Harish’s passion and forte – his unique combination of business and technical skills help to quickly align with client expectations and ensure that CIGNEX Datamatics delivers the appropriate solution architecture in a given situation.

Harish has been instrumental in his leadership with CIGNEX Datamatics in the areas of Delivery, Pre-sales, Partnerships / Alliances, and Marketing, as well as contributing to raise Series-A funding and in mergers and acquisitions activity.

Prior to co-founding CIGNEX Datamatics Harish served as technical lead and program manager at Cisco systems and Click Commerce. Harish has over 18 years of experience in solutions consulting, project delivery, and product development largely in the Financial Services industry.

Harish holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University, India.

Rajesh Devidasani

Chief Financial Officer & VP - Operations

Rajesh is a Corporate Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record as a business and financial controller for private, funded, and publicly traded multinationals. He is an excellent leader with a record of improving financial performance, increasing productivity, and enhancing internal controls.

He was a Business Controller for Ness Global Services, Inc. and headed its finance operations for North America. Prior to being involved in the acquisition of Apar by Ness Global Services, Inc. he was the Business Controller and headed the financial operations for North America and worldwide consolidation. During this time he was instrumental in the acquisition and consolidation of financial operations of Apar into Ness, was part of the Core Team involved in the IPO process, assumed the position of Controller for North America operations, and headed the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for Ness USA, Inc.

He also served as Manager of Commercial and Finance and then as a Business Controller with Siemens Ltd. in India. He has extensive experience in international accounting, foreign trade and export regulations, GAAP accounting, business process re-engineering (BPR), and ERP implementations. He has led teams for BPR exercises in various divisions of Siemens Ltd., India.

Rajesh holds a master's degree in financial management and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major in accounting and economics.
