US based County's future with existing BroadVision platform was unsure on account of BroadVision's declining revenues & employee base. Hence client required to find a stable client portal that can not only address the current requirements for 18 GB of static content accessed by 70,000+ citizens but also is extensible for an anticipated future.

Solution
