Client's loan processing division (with 4 divisions and 400 employees) wanted to instill innovation within their department. They held “Innovation contests” in order to percolate ideas. Though client's existing innovation tool lacked on numerous features and demanded heavy customizations. The client therefore decided to adopt an innovation portal facilitating collaboration.
